Wheelchair Games With a Bang.
Not only were there the normal raffle tickets and 50/50 drawing, we also had special wheelchair games where competitors earned extra tickets and one lucky participant even won a big-screen TV!
The most important thing, though, was the medical equipment. Clubs and independents donated a literal truck full of medical equipment including:
- Wheelchairs
- Medical beds
- Crutches
- Mobility scooters
All these generous donations, along with the 12 wheelchairs from Full Throttle Law were donated to Biker Down, a 501(3)(c) charity that focuses on downed riders. Whenever a rider is in need, Biker Down steps up to help with equipment, guidance, and even fundraising. The equipment from Leapin’ for a Reason will be used to help downed Las Vegas riders for years.
